I’m Moe Mohseni, a dedicated Realtor proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area. I bring a unique mix of energy, international business insight, and hands-on construction experience to every real estate journey, whether you’re buying your first condo, selling a family home, or investing in your next opportunity.
Before launching my real estate career, I earned a degree in Business Economics from Brighton, UK, where I developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, market behavior, and strategic investment. That education now helps me guide clients through everything from calculating ROI on a pre-construction unit to evaluating the long-term value of a detached home.
I worked as a Project Manager in high rise construction industry, overseeing entire developments, from planning and budgeting to delivery and quality control. That experience allows me to look at properties through a different lens: I see what’s behind the walls, where the potential lies, and how smart upgrades can maximize value.
Today, my focus is on helping clients navigate the fast-moving markets of midtown Toronto, the Midtown Corridor, and the GTA. I keep a close eye on zoning changes, market trends, and new developments so that my clients always have the edge. I take pride in my honest communication, quick responsiveness, and a commitment to helping people make informed, confident decisions.
