With over 28 years of experience as a senior management professional and entrepreneurial leader, I've had the privilege of working with diverse organizations, from small businesses to large enterprises. My background in industrial engineering and management, coupled with a specialization in management systems consultancy for the construction industry, has given me a unique perspective on creating and implementing effective policies and procedures. I've also held roles instructing and guiding teams, introducing new processes, and ensuring seamless execution.

In addition to my business expertise, I hold certifications as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and have earned the Luxury Homes Certification (LHC), allowing me to offer specialized knowledge and skills to clients navigating the real estate market.

Outside of the business world, I have a strong passion for martial arts. As a Certified Master Instructor in Muay Thai and a 5th Dan Black Belt in Karate, I’ve learned the importance of self-discipline, humility, and dedication—traits I bring to every real estate transaction. For 13 years, I owned and managed a neighborhood plaza in Richmond Hill, while also operating my own Martial Arts gym.
